Visitar business service terms

Effective date: 23 October 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms cover purchases of Enhanced Listing and Visitar Direct from Visitar Ltd, company number 17392313, established in England. Registered office: Flat 48 Cedar House, Lensbury Avenue, London, England, SW6 2GU. For questions, support, cancellation or complaints, email hoteles@visitar.com.

These services are offered to businesses for their trade or profession. The person placing an order must have authority to act for that business. These terms do not govern a guest's accommodation booking or a customer's purchase from your business. They do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights where they apply.

2. Your order and what is included

You choose a plan, review the price and billing interval, enter your business and billing details, and pay through Stripe. You can correct your details before submitting payment. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm the order. We will provide the order details and the applicable terms in a form you can keep.

Enhanced Listing provides a business page on Visitar.com with photographs, up to three videos, a website link, contact options, booking tools, FAQs and directions, as described on the product page. It is a listing within Visitar.com, not a separate website.

Visitar Direct provides a business website with up to 20 pages, managed hosting, booking tools and an Enhanced Listing on Visitar.com. The setup fee covers creation of the first version using the information and material you provide. Monthly and annual plans provide the same service; they differ in payment interval and price. Direct already includes Enhanced Listing, so you should not buy a second listing subscription for the same business.

Before purchasing, existing Visitar customers should contact us so we can arrange an upgrade or change without duplicate subscriptions. Extra pages, custom integrations, additional work or third-party costs require a separate quote and your agreement. We will explain any domain registration or renewal cost before you agree to it.

3. Prices and when billing starts

All prices are in euros. Visitar Ltd is not VAT-registered and no VAT is currently added to these purchases. The amount payable is shown before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges.

PlanCharged at purchaseRenewals
Enhanced Listing€99€99 every year
Direct monthly€659, comprising €590 setup and €69 for the first month€69 every month
Direct annual€1,335, comprising €590 setup and €745 for the first year€745 every year

Your subscription begins at purchase, together with the setup fee where applicable. Billing does not wait until your website or listing is published. The setup fee is charged once. Annual service is paid for 12 months upfront; it costs €83 less than 12 monthly service payments. There is no free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring charges shown at checkout. Any future tax treatment or price change will be explained before it applies.

4. Setup, early access and your responsibilities

Our team handles onboarding. Payment does not instantly publish a listing, create a finished website or provide access to a finished self-service builder. Before purchase, we will explain any material early-access limitations on the product page. During onboarding, we will agree an estimated delivery schedule for your order. If we cannot agree a suitable schedule before work starts, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your initial payment. The subscription starts at purchase even if setup is still in progress.

You must provide accurate business information, material you have permission to use, and timely feedback. We may ask for evidence that you represent the business. Payment alone does not establish ownership of a listing, domain or business. We will agree the initial scope and review process with you and obtain your approval before publishing your website.

We will tell you about a material delay and discuss a revised schedule or remedy. We will not rely on a general early-access statement to withhold a service you have paid for. If we cannot provide the agreed service, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund for undelivered setup work and service periods we could not supply.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business content, offers, availability and customer-facing policies. Do not provide material that infringes another person's rights or use the service unlawfully. Keep your contact and billing information up to date.

5. Your customers, content and domain

You remain responsible for providing your own goods and services, responding to enquiries, confirming bookings and agreeing payment and cancellation terms with your customers. Visitar Direct does not charge a commission on those bookings. Any separate payment-processing or third-party service fees must be disclosed under the applicable agreement.

You retain rights in the content you supply and give us permission to host, display and adapt it as needed to provide the agreed service. Visitar retains its pre-existing software, templates, tools and branding. Third-party material remains subject to its licence.

Your own domain remains yours where you are its registered owner. Visitar.com subdomains are subject to availability and are part of Visitar's domain; they cannot be transferred as an independently owned domain. We will explain the available website and content export, its format and any functionality that depends on Visitar's services before purchase. We will not promise transfer of software or third-party rights that we cannot supply.

6. Cancelling renewal and refunds

You may cancel renewal by emailing hoteles@visitar.com before the next billing date, identifying your business and subscription. We will confirm cancellation. Your service continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless you ask for an earlier end or another provision below applies. There is no separate cancellation fee. A customer portal may provide another way to cancel when we make it available.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we do not normally refund unused time in a month or year that has already begun. If you cancel setup before work starts, we refund the setup fee. After work begins, we may retain a reasonable amount for work already completed, up to the €590 setup fee, and refund the balance. We will explain that calculation if requested.

These policies do not remove remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services, billing errors or rights required by law. Contact us promptly about a problem so we can investigate and propose a fair remedy. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where possible; the payment provider controls the time taken for them to reach your account.

Before your service ends, contact us to arrange the available content or website export. Hosting and paid listing features end with the subscription. Any continued free directory entry is governed by the directory's rules; we will explain how your entry is affected. We will explain relevant data retention and deletion arrangements before ending a hosted website.

7. Changes, failed payments and suspension

We will give at least 30 days' notice of a subscription price increase. It will apply only at a renewal after that notice period, and you can cancel before the new charge. We will not retrospectively increase an already paid period.

If payment fails, we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details before suspending paid services. Stripe may retry the payment. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful content, a serious security risk or a material breach. Where possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Suspension does not give us an unrestricted right to retain money for services we do not supply.

Material service or contract changes will be explained in advance. If a change substantially reduces a paid service and you do not accept it, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, including cancellation and a refund for the affected unused service where appropriate.

8. Service standards, privacy and disputes

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise a particular search ranking, number of enquiries, bookings or business income. Maintenance, security work and events outside reasonable control can cause interruptions; we will take reasonable steps to address them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stripe processes payments. We do not receive the full card number or security code through this checkout. Our published privacy notice explains how we use contact, billing and service information. Where we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, we will agree the required data-processing arrangements before doing so.

Please contact hoteles@visitar.com first about a complaint. We will review it and provide a reasoned response. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without overriding mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
